We accept most major credit and debit cards. A small deposit (usually 5-10% of your total cruise fare) may be required depending on the time of booking, room category, or other factors. Remaining payments can be made upfront, or for ease of planning, split into a payment plan and charged monthly leading up to the cruise.
Generally, due to our financial obligations to each cruise line, passenger fares are nonrefundable. Some exceptions, however, are possible. For details, please view our Passenger Terms & Conditions.
Yes! Many guests book with friends, and some even pick up the tab for other rooms. If you want to book a room for someone else, or organize a group, please email [email protected] for assistance.
Documents & Requirements
A valid passport is required for every trip. Please ensure your passport is valid for 6+ months following your trip to avoid any complications.
All passengers must be at least 18 years old at the time of boarding.
We strive to accommodate guests of every background. To best support you, we kindly request you inform us ([email protected]) of any disability or condition that requires special treatment or attention when your reservation is made. More details can be found in our Passenger Terms & Conditions.
We highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance so you can be compensated for any flight delays, lost baggage, missed connections, or other travel complications that may arise. We have partnered with Allianz, a world leader in travel insurance, to provide one-time or annual coverage to any traveler who wants it.
Embarkation & Debarkation
Boarding times and details vary by voyage, but the most updated information can be found in the cruise line app. Certain documents may be required by the cruise line in advance, and many offer online check-in options to speed up boarding upon arrival.
All ports are accessible by rideshare (Taxi, Uber, Lyft, etc.) and many also have shuttle and/or train connections. We will send you an email with port & arrival information ahead of every sailing.
We make every effort possible to ensure all passengers are onboard before sailing, but port authorities do restrict access after a certain point. Please make every effort to ensure you arrive at the port at your designated boarding time. As a rule of thumb, we recommend arriving to the departure city a day (or more) before departure and heading home a day (or more) after the voyage ends to maximize travel flexibility.
Onboard Experience
On the World Pride Cruise, you are the majority! We collectively create a judgment-free atmosphere with no specified dress code. Casual, comfortable, resort attire is always appropriate. The ports we choose are also very relaxed, with no dress code. Show taste, but wear what you feel best in.
Outstanding! Through our exclusive charter agreements, we feature iconic LGBTQ+ headliners in addition to the ship’s unique shows. These acts include everything from drag shows, comedy acts, stellar vocalists, and more. A daily schedule will be provided for each sailing, and is generally viewable in your cabin or on the cruise’s app. In general, we will have a number of evening performances each day, with pop up acts throughout the ship every afternoon. In addition, we host a number of thrilling parties with world-renowned DJs.
Complementary breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are always available in a variety of restaurants. If you want to level-up your cruise experience, or celebrate pride with friends, we highly recommend visiting some of the ship’s specialty restaurants for an even more elevated experience.
Cruise ships are fantastic at accommodating dietary restrictions and allergies of every kind. This can be noted through the cruise line’s app, but to be safe, we always recommend letting your server know of any allergies or dietary restrictions directly, prior to ordering food.
Internet packages are available on every sailing! Details vary by ship, but are always available in the cruise line's app. If you need any support, please email the cruise line directly or go to guest services once onboard.
For ease and efficiency, most cruise lines feature “cashless” systems, linking purchases to a credit card on your stateroom’s account. Gratuities are generally included in every purchase, but additional tips are always a delight for the ship’s hardworking crew.
Casinos are available on every ship, but due to every country’s regulations, gambling is generally restricted while docked. Hours of operation, gambling age requirements, and any special promos or loyalty programs will be available at the casino’s main desk.
Shore Excursions & Activities
Shore excursions will be available for booking online ahead of the cruise, and onboard at the ship’s shore excursion desk.
Yes, but shore excursions offer special protections not available by exploring on your own, and are a stress-free way to explore each port’s highlights. If there is traffic that prevents an excursion from returning, the ship will wait for the group to return. However, because independent explorers are not monitorable by the ship, the same protections do not apply. We request LGBTQ+ friendly ports, so you are safe and welcome to explore on your own, but if you want a stress-free featured experience, we highly recommend each port’s organized excursions.
Health & Safety
Cruises generally follow CDC guidelines. If you get sick, the ship has a 24/7 infirmary onboard. There, trained medical professionals will be able to support your recovery. In rare instances, the ship’s medical staff may believe your best path to recovery is a temporary quarantine. If this occurs, both we and the cruise line will do everything we can to ensure a quick and comfortable recovery.
Each ship has a dedicated medical center with doctors, nurses, and a support team onboard. They are able to assist with most occurrences (general illness, slip & fall, etc.) Travel insurance is always recommended to lower or cover the cost of these services.
Yes! Over-the-counter and perscription medication can be brought onboard. We recommend keeping medication in its original containers and packing them in a carry-on bag.

If you need to report an emergency, dialing 911 on any ship phone will get you connected with the ship's medical, fire, and/or security teams. For non-emergency situations, crew members and guest services are happy to assist
